David serves as our Senior Pastor. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has served as Senior Pastor at Central Church of the Nazarene in Kansas City and the Vineyard Community Church of the Nazarene in Livermore, CA. Since 2000, Pastor David has been co-editor of Preacher's Magazine. He is also one of the co-authors of the book, Pastor's Guide to Effective Preaching. Pastor David and his wife Christi have three children, Megan, Ben and Madison.
Lewis McClain
Executive Pastor

Lewis has served at BFC since 1981 and was named Executive Pastor in April of 2003. His responsibilities include Administration, Christian Education, and supervision of Pastoral Staff. From 1993 to 2003, he served as Business Administrator. He served ten years as BFC’s Minister to University Students, Youth and Young Singles. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with an undergraduate degree in Education/Communication and a Master's Degree in Business. Lewis and his wife, Rita, have two children, Curtis and Aubree.
Steve Elliott
University and Young Adult Pastor

Steve is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has served as Associate Pastor in Florida and Ohio and planted a church in Colorado. Steve and his wife, Darla, have two children, Luke and Zoe.
Tim Brown
Business Administrator

After attending Bethany First Church for many years, Tim joined the staff as Business Administrator in August 2005. Tim's responsibilities include management of human resources, the business office, and facilities. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and is a member of the Board of Directors of First Bethany Bank & Trust, Southern Nazarene University Board of Trustees, and serves as District Treasurer for the Northwest Oklahoma District Church of the Nazarene. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Church Business Administrators. He and his wife Darlene have one son, Alan.
Shane Guldi
Elementary Pastor

Shane serves at BFC as the Elementary Pastor. He works with Pastor Phil in overseeing first through fifth grade students. Pastor Shane holds a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education. Shane and his wife Kim, have three wonderful girls.
Bill Hamiter
Recreation

Bill has been on BFC staff in 1991. He oversees recreational activities including the Family Life Center, ball fields, and outdoor adventures. Prior to this, Bill has pastored two churches in Texas and worked at Southern Nazarene University. Bill is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University where he received a MA degree. Bill has been a volleyball coach with several organizations including USA volleyball. Bill is ordained in the Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife, Marcy, have two children.
Phil Hause
Children’s Pastor

Phil serves as BFC’s Children’s Pastor. He has been a Children’s Pastor since 1978. Phil’s heart is not only toward children, but also their families. Pastor Phil holds a Master of Arts in Counseling, a Master of Education, and a Master of Religious Education. He is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. All this, and he’s fun too.
Stefanie Higgins
Mid-High Pastor

Stefanie serves as Pastor to Mid-High students and their families. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she majored in English. She has been committed to ministry with students since she was in high school. While in college, Stefanie served on staff of a local church working in student ministries. Stefanie has a life-time goal (after retiring from ministry), to work as a tram operator in the beautiful parking lot of Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. It is her secret ambition to be the oldest person employed at a theme park in the United States.
Chris Pollock
Senior High Pastor

Chris serves as the Pastor to Senior High students here at BFC. He has a degree in psychology and Youth Ministries from Olivet Nazarene University. He also has a Masters of Divinity degree from the Nazarene Theological Seminary. Chris has served on staff at Kansas City Central Church of the Nazarene as well as Nazarene churches in Indianapolis and Valparaiso. Chris and his wife Holly have a son, Watson, and a daughter, Annabelle.
Bob Miller
Communications

Bob oversees communications for BFC. For 15 years he served with Mercy Ships, an international compassionate ministry focusing on the spiritual and physical needs of those in developing nations. Bob was ordained in 1988 and has worked in many parts of the world. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and is a musician and a published songwriter. Bob and his wife Karen have three daughters, Kelsey, Alaina and Celeste.
Harlan Moore
Minister of Worship Arts

Harlan has been on BFC staff 1998. His previous assignment was Minister of Music and Worship at San Diego First on the campus of Point Loma Nazarene University. Harlan has served as Minister of Music at Nashville First, Denver Lakewood, Kankakee, Illinois College and Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and earned his Master's degree in Worship Studies from The Institute for Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. He is the former director of Lillenas Publishing Company and a published songwriter and arranger. He is an ordained deacon in the Church of the Nazarene. Harlan and his wife Barbi live in Oklahoma City.
Kyle Owen

Kyle serves as Minister of Worship Arts. As a gifted musician and songwriter, Kyle shares in the worship responsibilities at BFC. Kyle and his wife, Melina, live in Oklahoma City and have two beautiful daughters.
Mark Patredis
Connecting Pastor

After working for 16 years as a local insurance agent, Mark now serves as our Connecting Pastor. He oversees visitor follow-up, our Pastor Chat Luncheons, Connecting with BFC classes, and Hospitality Teams. His passion is helping folks form a deeper connection with God and the BFC family through small groups, Sunday School, and finding a place to serve. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary. Mark and his wife, Kathy, live in Bethany and have two married daughters, Kreisa and Kelly.
Wayne Pittard
Pastoral Care and Mature Adults

Wayne has served as Minister of Pastoral Care and Mature Adults since 1987. His responsibilities include giving care to church members that are hospitalized. He also conducts funerals for the bereaved families. He has served on staff at Webster Grove Church of the Nazarene, as well as in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, and Carthage, Missouri and as Chaplain at Baptist Medical Center of Oklahoma. Wayne was ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in 1987. Wayne and his wife, Sue, have one son, Seth and daughter-in-law, Brooke.
Jason Rowinski
Discipleship Pastor

Jason oversees the our Discipleship Ministries here at BFC. As Discipleship Pastor, Jason leads our Small Group Ministry, teaches Sunday School and Christian Education classes, and preaches. Jason has served on staff at West Broad Church of the Nazarene in Columbus, Ohio and at Overland Park Church of the Nazarene, in Overland Park, Kansas. Jason is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene College and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is currently working on a Masters Degree in Communication from Gonzaga University. He is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene.
