When parents are in pain, they never suffer alone. Their kids suffer too.
Celebrate Kids is a free, Bible-based program for kids going through hard times. Each encouraging and hope-filled program gives children truths to help them avoid cylces of hurts, habits and hang-ups.
Celebrate Kids is for children ages 4 years old through 5th grade whose parents are participating in Celebrate Recovery. Celebrate Kids meets each week at the same time as Celebrate Recovery.
This 52-week program mirrors the Celebrate Recovery one-year, large group teaching schedule and curriculum plan. This means that while adults explore topics that bring healing and wholeness, their kids are discovering the same truths in age-appropriate ways.
Children will learn:
- Truths that help them avoid cycles of hurts, habits and hang-ups
- Ways to draw close to Jesus during challenging times
- Language and experiences to understand what's happening in their homes
- Friendships with other children whose parents are taking the hard step of resolving their pain and moving forward in life
